The Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, announced the arrest of the convict Saad Kambash, head of the former Sunni Endowment Office.

The Ministry of the Interior said in a statement: "A special force under the supervision of the Minister arrested the fugitive convict Saad Kambesh in the city of Mosul."

The convict, Saad Kambesh, had escaped from the detention center at Karrada Mariam Police Station in the Green Zone yesterday, Tuesday.
