The Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas, arrived Monday afternoon in the Turkish capital, Ankara, at the invitation of his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Abbas is scheduled to meet with Turkish President Erdogan tomorrow, Tuesday, to discuss bilateral relations and developments in the Palestinian cause, in addition to regional and international developments.
