Manila, The Philippines recorded 3,792 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), and 76 deaths in the past 24 hours.

The Philippines Ministry of Health said, in a statement, today that the total lab-confirmed infections rose to 3,634,368, and the total deaths reached 54,930.

The ministry added that the number of active cases in the country amounted to 84,229, noting that the recovery tally reached 3,495,209 people, following reporting 10,662 related cases.
