Riyadh: Light to moderate thunderstorms are predicted to bring flash floods and gusty, dust-stirring winds to several regions across Saudi Arabia, including Najran, Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, Makkah, and Madinah. Dust-stirring winds are also anticipated in the northern parts of the Eastern Region, as well as in parts of Tabuk and Riyadh regions. In addition, fog formation is likely during the night and early morning hours along the coastal areas of the Red Sea and the Arabian Gulf.

According to Saudi Press Agency, northwesterly to westerly winds over the Red Sea are expected at speeds of 20-40 km/h, with southwesterly to northwesterly winds reaching 10-35 km/h. These winds could exceed 50 km/h in areas with thunderclouds. Wave heights are expected to vary from half a meter to over two meters, with the sea conditions ranging from calm to moderate. Meanwhile, in the Arabian Gulf, winds will shift from southwesterly to northwesterly at speeds of 10-30 km/h, and wave heights will remain between half a meter to one meter, indicating calm sea conditions.
