Buraidah: The Buraidah International Dates Carnival has witnessed a significant surge in trade and purchasing activity, driven by a steady supply of diverse date varieties and a growing influx of shoppers from across Saudi Arabia, the GCC states, and international markets.
According to Saudi Press Agency, statistics released by the Buraidah Dates Carnival for its first week indicate that sales exceeded SAR17.9 million, totaling 2,110,578.75 kilograms of dates.
The carnival runs for 75 days, with a range of events scheduled to begin on August 20 and run through September 10.
