Mecca: The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has launched the unified number (1966) to facilitate communication with beneficiaries, address their needs and feedback, and enhance the quality of services provided to visitors of the Two Holy Mosques.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the authority reaffirmed its commitment to meeting the needs of visitors, Umrah performers, and worshippers as part of its ongoing efforts to improve their experience at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque.
