Umrah and Ziyarah Forum 2026: Transforming Pilgrim Experience on a Global Scale

Madinah: Madinah is hosting the third edition of the Umrah and Ziyarah Forum 2026, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program. Taking place at the King Salman International Convention Center, the forum will bring together decision-makers and specialists from around the globe, highlighting the transformation of Umrah and visitation services in the Kingdom.

According to Saudi Press Agency, significant growth in the number of Umrah performers has led to a reimagining of the pilgrim experience, focusing on an integrated model that spans trip planning to departure, utilizing logistical, technological, and hospitality services.

With over 160 speakers, 150 exhibitors, and an expected attendance of more than 40,000 visitors, the forum serves as a global platform for sharing expertise and discussing innovation in the sector. Sessions will cover key topics related to service integration and improving the cultural experience for visitors while introducing solutions for crowd management, transportation, and digital services.

Technology is now a core component of Umrah services, enhancing mobility and crowd management through data and smart systems. The forum will also see the signing of various agreements aimed at empowering investment and opening opportunities for local and international companies, aligning with the Saudi Vision 2030.

An exhibition accompanying the forum will showcase innovative solutions in transportation, hospitality, and sustainability, allowing participants to explore best practices and forge strategic partnerships.

This event underscores the Kingdom's commitment to enhancing the pilgrim experience through quality service, operational efficiency, and technological advancement.
