Riyadh– The Union of Arab Football Associations (UAFA) announced naming the Arab Club Championship as “King Salman Cup for Clubs” which will be held within the Arab Federation competitions for the year 2023, in a preliminary qualifiers style, and then finals, and will be hosted by Saudi Arabia in the cities of Abha, Al-Baha, and Taif.
To highlight the event, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, President of UAFA, thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for his kind approval to name the Arab Football Clubs Championship as King Salman Cup for Clubs, extending his appreciation to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for his care and support for the Arab Football Association and its competitions and programs.
