Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Beshara Boutros Rahi, on Tuesday received, in Bkekri, Caretaker Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, at the head of a delegation, who paid him a visit to offer well-wishes on the blessed holidays and the New Year.
