Mina, The National Center for Performance Measurement of Public Agencies (Adaa) promotes a culture of performance measurement and the concepts of transparency in government work to help the Kingdom achieve global leadership in the field of government performance measurement. Adaa is also keen on improving the quality of performance and achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. To support their efficiency, it applies standardized tools to measure the performance indicators of public agencies and issues periodic reports on the strategies applied by the agencies to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Adaa's efforts during this year's Hajj season include measuring 81 services provided by 18 government agencies to pilgrims from inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
