WAMY Hosts Annual Iftar Ceremony in Riyadh Highlighting Five Decades of Achievements

Riyadh: The World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) held its annual iftar ceremony at the Cultural Palace in Riyadh. The event was attended by WAMY Secretary-General Dr. Saleh bin Ibrahim Babair, along with representatives from government bodies, the private sector, international organizations, and workers in the humanitarian field.

According to Saudi Press Agency, a visual presentation showcased during the ceremony reviewed WAMY's accomplishments over the past fifty years. The presentation emphasized the assembly's humanitarian relief efforts during global crises and its contributions to supporting educational and scholarship programs for Muslims around the world.

In his address, the secretary-general highlighted the significance of partnerships in enhancing collective efforts to tackle development challenges. He emphasized that progress and advancement rely on awareness and the creation of equal opportunities, paving the way for a more promising future.
