The agency provides a comprehensive range of religious, guidance, and educational services for female visitors to enhance the spiritual atmosphere throughout the blessed month.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the agency deployed dedicated staff across women's prayer areas. They provide religious guidance, assist with the proper performance of ablution, correct prayer practices, and help ensure orderly alignment of rows.

Staff members also educate female visitors about the virtues of Ramadan and encourage them to make the most of their time through worship. The agency receives visitor feedback, distributes religious booklets and publications, and organizes awareness programs and initiatives tailored for female worshippers.
