Riyadh:The 25th World Petroleum Congress in Riyadh focused on the global oil market's priorities, supply and demand dynamics, and strategies for sustainable investment decisions to address future energy needs.

According to Saudi Press Agency, participants at the congress emphasized the ongoing structural challenges in making investment decisions within the oil sector. They pointed out that uncertainty and high volatility have been persistent issues arising from geopolitical crises and structural changes since February 2022.

Experts at the event advised companies to mitigate risks by expanding investment partnerships and diversifying their customer base throughout the supply chain. These strategies are intended to ensure stable financial flows and enhance flexibility in dealing with market fluctuations.

Additionally, participants recognized Saudi Arabia's efforts in promoting market stability and developing energy infrastructure. They highlighted the importance of balanced, long-term policies in securing energy supply and preventing investment shortfalls in the future.
