Jeddah:Zawiya 97 celebrated Saudi National Day with a variety of craft and artistic experiences in Historic Jeddah, emphasizing local heritage and national identity. The event provided an engaging atmosphere where authenticity and creativity were highlighted through interactive activities.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the celebration featured short craft experiences, allowing visitors to engage in crafts such as screen printing on fabrics, plaster engraving, and drawing a map of Saudi Arabia on coffee cups. Attendees also participated in clay shaping to create prayer beads and bracelets.

The activities included live demonstrations of woodturning and plant distillation, as well as the assembly of the "Manjour," inspired by the traditional architecture of Historic Jeddah. The event was further enriched by national musical performances and a photography corner, enhancing the interactive experience.

Workshops drew upon Saudi identity and heritage, showcasing handmade clay construction, pottery plate shaping inspired by palm trees, and candle making inspired by Saudi coffee cups, all adorned with local heritage details.
