The National Security Adviser, Qassem Al-Araji, received in his office today, Monday, the head of the Kurdistan Region Representative, Faris Issa Abdul Karim.

The chancellery's statement stated that during the meeting, files and issues of common interest were discussed, especially the continuation of security coordination between the center and the region, and the preservation of security achievements by bridging gaps and missing the opportunity for terrorist elements.

The meeting also witnessed the discussion of the file of the displaced in the region, as well as the file of Sinjar, in addition to emphasizing the importance of continuing cooperation in the humanitarian field.
