Al-Araji, To The Head of the US Delegation to the Anti-Terrorism Conference: Keeping Al-Hol Camp Poses a Threat to Everyone

The National Security Adviser, Qassem Al-Araji, met today, Wednesday, the Deputy Coordinator of the Counter-Terrorism Office / head of the US delegation to the Third United Nations Conference on Counter-Terrorism held in New York, Ian Moss.

The chancellery said in a statement that during the meeting, they reviewed developments in the political and security scene at the regional and international levels, as well as discussing the continuation of partnership and cooperation in the field of combating terrorism.

Al-Araji conveyed Iraq's vision and firm approach to maintaining the security and stability of the region and the world, by strengthening partnership with the international community, to face challenges.

Al-Araji also stressed the importance of uniting everyone's efforts to overcome challenges, especially the challenge of keeping the Syrian Al-Hol camp in its current state, which as a result poses a threat to everyone, calling on partners and friends from countries for more support in this file.
