Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani affirmed: "We will not hesitate to proceed with our program in order to achieve a qualitative leap in the country and address crises."

Al-Sudani said at the celebration of the 42nd anniversary of the founding of the Badr Organization: We gather today on the anniversary of the founding of a national jihadist movement, which provided a lot for the salvation and renaissance of the Iraqi people, and the honorable positions of Badr are not mentioned without mentioning with them the biography of the martyr of the mihrab, Ayatollah Muhammad Baqir al-Hakim, who contributed to the birth of Iraq, which all the brave fighters against Saddam's resurrection dreamed of.

He added: "This jihadist platform arose, to be an umbrella announcing to the whole world, the rejection of the continuation of the ugliness of tyranny, and its men continued the past with the present, so they gave their blood, when takfiri terrorism threatened all of our country, and they offered martyrs for the sake of Iraq," noting that since the fall of the regime, Badr men participated in building the political process, and they made a lot for a constitutional democratic Iraq.

He continued: "Our loyalty to those brave people, we see today in enhancing the value of work, defeating all pests that threaten our society, in our fight against corruption, and in supporting the poor of this people."

Al-Sudani stressed: We will not hesitate to proceed with our program, in order to provide a quantum leap, and to address crises, adhering to the right of the Iraqi people to a decent life, and a service government that improves the quality of what it provides to people.

He went on to say: The government was able, through the available tools, mechanisms and financing, and in a short period of time, to make a service difference, move projects that had stagnated for years, clear measures to combat corruption, and strengthen foreign relations, on the basis of Iraq's interests, partnership and mutual respect.

He continued: "We have also come a long way in resolving oil and gas problems and related constitutional decisions and mechanisms of action, and we are working today to put in place a radical reform in the economy and leave any faltering path, and for that we presented a draft budget covering 3 years with a studied future vision." Indicating: "The draft budget is centered for the first time on the government program, and it includes points that contribute to reform and development."
