Tunis: Director General of the Border Guards Major General Shaya bin Salem Al-Wadaani led the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s delegation at the 17th Arab Conference of Heads of Borders, Airports, and Ports Security. The conference took place at the headquarters of the secretariat general of the Arab Interior Ministers Council in Tunis.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the conference focused on strengthening collaboration among member states in securing borders, airports, and ports. Attendees reviewed various experiences and strategies employed by member states in tackling cross-border security threats. Additionally, the conference served as a platform for exchanging knowledge on preventing drug smuggling by utilizing advanced technologies.
