The Fourth Region Border Command announced the arrest of an Iranian traveler in his possession a quantity of narcotic substance at the Safwan port.

A source in the leadership told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that the detachments of the Safwan Customs Police Station and the K9 detachment of the Fourth District Customs Police Directorate, while carrying out their duties at the Kuwaiti departure gate, seized an Iranian traveler in his possession a nut-colored herbal narcotic substance weighing (3,500 kg).
