JEDDAH: The capacity building committee of the Arab Organization for Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI) has held its 24th meeting in Jeddah, aiming to strengthen institutional audit practices and enhance capacities in financial and accounting audits.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting was chaired by the Director General of international relations at the General Court of Audit, Sultan bin Marzouk Al-Otaibi. The committee reviewed the operational plan for 2024 and began preparations for the 2025 plan.

Additionally, the committee assessed the General Court of Audit’s initiative for the Arab Auditor Fellowship Program project, focusing on advancing auditing capabilities across the region.
