Armenia, a contributing country to the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), on Friday issued through its account on X platform a strong condemnation of the recent targeting of the mission’s headquarters.

UNIFIL, which operates under the mandate of relevant UN Security Council resolutions, plays a crucial role in fostering stability in the region.

‘Armenia as a contributing country to UNIFIL, firmly denounces the targeting of the headquarters of UNIFIL, entrusted to foster stability in accordance with relevant UN Security Council resolutions.’
