Free Patriotic Movement leader, Gebran Bassil, on Wednesday welcomed Armenian Ambassador to Lebanon, Vahagn Atabekian, along with former MP Edgar Maalouf.

The meeting focused on ways to halt the ongoing war and provide assistance to Lebanon during these challenging times.

Bassil also received Hanna Gharib, the Secretary-General of the Lebanese Communist Party.

Discussions centered on the repercussions of the Israeli aggression and strategies to support displaced families. The meetings highlighted the urgent need to expedite the election of a new president to address pressing national issues effectively.
