Detachments of officers of the Iraqi National Intelligence Service arrested one of the important targets of ISIS terrorist gangs, who is responsible for transporting terrorists and security mail from Samarra Island to the so-called North Baghdad state, and the former administrator of the Dhat Al-Sawari Division affiliated with ISIS.
The Security Media Cell said that the operation took place in Salah al-Din governorate through an elaborate ambush that was carried out based on intelligence information and careful follow-up of the target’s movements, which was moving between the governorates of Baghdad, Salah al-Din and Erbil.
