The Communications, Space, and Technology Commission (CST) has awarded the winners of the third edition of the Co-Innovation Award, which was designed to motivate service providers to create innovative products in collaboration with end users and to strengthen local tech products for global competition. The award highlighted three innovative tech products developed collaboratively among six organizations: the "DocCerts" product, which focuses on documenting digital certificates using blockchain technology, was developed by Smart Transformation Company in collaboration with Aramco; the "Faseeh" linguistic tool was created through a partnership between Lisan Company and Saudi Electricity Company; and Shared Technologies Company developed the "Muneer" product in collaboration with the Digital Government Authority to improve accessibility for individuals with disabilities and older people to digital content and services. The award, launched by CST in 2022, is presented to the best innovative tech products deve loped collaboratively by the service provider and the end user. Over the past two years, over 200 collaborative products have participated in the award, nine of which have received it.
