Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to President Luong Cuong on his election and swearing-in as President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques extended his wishes for success to President Cuong and hoped for continued progress and prosperity for the people of Vietnam.
