Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent a verbal message to President of the Republic of Gabon Ali Bongo Ondimba, which was delivered to him by Royal Court Advisor Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Qattan.

Qattan, who was received by Ondimba in the capital, Libreville, today, conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to the Gabonese president, the government and people of Gabon. Ondimba conveyed his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, to HRH the Crown Prince, and to the government and people of Saudi Arabia.

They discussed relations and ways to enhance them, as well as regional and international developments and issues of common concern.

Ondimba said that his country supports the Saudi bid to host Expo 2030 in Riyadh, and welcomed the First Saudi-African and Fifth Arab-African summits that will be held in Riyadh this year. Attending the meeting was the Kingdom's Ambassador to Gabon Farraj bin Nader.
