Demonstrators In Northern Babylon Block The Road With Baghdad And Karbala, In Protest Against An Attempt To Return The Displaced To Jurf Al-Nasr

Demonstrators blocked the main road linking Babylon, Baghdad and Karbala today, Friday, to protest against an attempt to return the displaced to Jurf Al-Nasr.

NINA reporter said, "Dozens of residents of Al-Musayyib district, north of Hilla, staged a sit-in today on the main road linking Babylon, Baghdad and Karbala, to protest against the attempt to return the displaced of Jurf Al-Nasr without verifying their security files.

He added that the protesters prevented the vehicles from passing, threatening to escalate their position in the event that the return of the displaced was approved
