Departing Pilgrims Receive Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Gift at Salwa Port

Salwa port: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance's Eastern Region branch began distributing the gift of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, consisting of the Holy Quran copies and translations of its meanings, to Hajj pilgrims departing through Salwa Port.

According to Saudi Press Agency, field teams from the branch are carrying out the distribution process at the crossing under a comprehensive organizational plan to ensure the gift reaches pilgrims smoothly and conveniently before they return to their home countries.

The gift is part of a ministry program designed to enable pilgrims to benefit from the meanings of the Quran in their native languages.

The distribution of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' gift is being carried out in implementation of the directives of the Kingdom's leadership.

It is part of the ministry's plan to distribute around 1.9 million copies of the Holy Quran and translations of its meanings to departing pilgrims and personnel working during the Hajj season, underscoring Saudi Arabia's leading role in serving Islam and Muslims and its commitment to the care of the Two Holy Mosques.
