MAKKAH: The Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Makkah Region branch, Fareed Al-Shehri, met with the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Abdiweli Hirsi Abdulle, in Makkah. The meeting marked the presentation of the consul general’s credentials and included discussions between the two officials.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting facilitated the formal introduction of Consul General Abdulle to his role and responsibilities in the region. The discussions were described as cordial, indicating a positive diplomatic engagement between the representatives from Saudi Arabia and Somalia.
