Dust-Stirring Winds and Rain Expected Across Several Saudi Regions.

Riyadh: Dust-stirring winds and varying intensities of rain, including hail, are forecasted to impact multiple regions of Saudi Arabia on Wednesday. The National Center for Meteorology has indicated that areas such as Hail, Tabuk, Al-Jouf, the Northern Borders, Jazan, Aseer, and Al-Baha could experience moderate to heavy rainfall with hail.

According to Saudi Press Agency, light to moderate rain is also expected in parts of Makkah and Madinah. Additionally, fog formation is likely in these regions, as well as in parts of the Eastern and Qassim regions.

In terms of wind conditions, the Red Sea will experience northerly to northwesterly winds at speeds of 15-40 km/h in the northern and central areas. Meanwhile, the southern part will see southwesterly to northwesterly winds at speeds of 12-60 km/h. Wave heights are expected to range from one to more than two meters, resulting in a sea state that will be calm to choppy.

Over the Arabian Gulf, the winds will be northerly to northwesterly, reaching speeds of 1
0-35 km/h. Waves in this area are predicted to range from half a meter to one and a half meters, keeping the sea relatively calm.
