A 5.3-magnitude earthquake struck off the eastern coast of Russia’s Kamchatka Peninsula today.

The US Geological Survey reported that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 73 kilometers east of Milkovo.

There have been no reports of casualties or damage resulting from the earthquake.
