Cairo:Egypt has issued a strong condemnation of the missile attacks targeting the Saudi cities of Taif and Yanbu, labeling the actions as a clear and unacceptable breach of international law and a potential threat to regional security and stability.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement today, emphasizing its complete rejection of the attacks. The statement expressed Egypt's unwavering solidarity with Saudi Arabia, highlighting that the security of the Kingdom is closely tied to Egypt's national security.

The ministry further asserted its support for all measures that Saudi Arabia undertakes to maintain its territorial integrity and sovereignty while ensuring the protection of its citizens. Egypt also warned of the consequences that continued escalation could have on regional security and stability.
