Jeddah:The First International Conference of the Saudi Society of Cornea, Cataract, and Refractive Surgery concluded today, attracting 40 speakers from across the globe and the Middle East, and attended by more than 1,400 participants. According to Saudi Press Agency, the three-day event featured a comprehensive scientific program that included 12 panel discussions and 45 workshops. These sessions covered the latest developments in diagnosing and treating corneal diseases, as well as advancements in cataract surgery and vision correction. The conference aimed to enhance the scientific knowledge of physicians and specialists, support scientific research, and promote knowledge exchange. It also focused on keeping pace with innovations in cornea, cataract, and vision correction fields.
