Riyadh: Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held a phone call yesterday with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Yván Gil Pinto. During the call, the foreign minister expressed his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the government and people of Venezuela over the victims of the two earthquakes that struck the country. According to Saudi Press Agency, Prince Faisal reaffirmed the Kingdom's solidarity with Venezuela and its people during this difficult time and emphasized Saudi Arabia's readiness to provide the necessary support and assistance to help alleviate the suffering of those affected. He also wished the injured a speedy recovery.
