According to Saudi Press Agency, the affected areas include parts of Tabuk, Madinah, Makkah, Aseer, and Jazan regions, with visibility potentially dropping to near zero in coastal areas. Additionally, parts of Eastern, Riyadh, and Hail regions may also experience reduced visibility due to these conditions.

Thunderstorms are anticipated in the highlands of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah regions. Wind patterns over the Red Sea will vary from southwesterly to northwesterly, with speeds between 25-50 km/h. Sea conditions are expected to range from moderate to rough, with waves reaching heights of one to two and a half meters.
