Hail Development Authority Pavilion Draws Interest of International Delegations, Visitors at World Urban Forum

Baku: The pavilion of the Hail Region Development Authority participating in the 13th World Urban Forum held in Baku attracted the attention of international delegations and visitors through showcasing a number of development initiatives and projects reflecting the region's direction toward sustainable urban development and improving quality of life.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the pavilion highlighted the initiative for updating regional and local blueprints, which aims to enhance urban development efficiency and achieve balanced development among the region's cities and governorates, in addition to supporting infrastructure and urban services in line with Saudi Vision 2030 targets.

The pavilion also included a presentation of the foundations of economic development in Hail Region through supporting the tourism, agriculture, industry, and logistics sectors and working to create an investment-attractive environment and develop promising economic opportunities.

The authority's participation received attention from specialists, urban development experts, and decision-makers who reviewed the most prominent development experiences and initiatives implemented by the authority to enhance urban sustainability and boost the region's competitiveness at the local and international levels.
