Hajj and Umrah Ministry Accelerates Readiness for Hajj 1447 AH

Riyadh: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has implemented a proactive operational strategy to manage the Hajj season, beginning preparations on Dhu Al-Hijjah 12 each year. This strategic approach marks the official starting point for organizing the following season's activities.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this continuous work system spans nearly nine months, involving direct coordination with 78 Pilgrim Affairs Offices worldwide. This coordination aims to enhance early readiness, improve planning, and boost implementation efficiency in serving pilgrims.

Preparations for the 1447 AH Hajj season commenced on Dhu Al-Hijjah 12, 1446 AH, through early coordination with the offices. The Ministry's efforts included delivering the initial seasonal arrangements document and initiating the completion of organizational and operational requirements.

The proactive approach allows ample time for early planning and the completion of various arrangements within a structured timeline. All pilgrim-related contracts and arrangements are managed through the Nusuk Masar platform. This integrated digital system oversees operational and organizational procedures, ranging from contracting and field services to visa processing.

The platform features over 500 digital services and connects more than 80 government and operational entities across the Hajj ecosystem, alongside over 5,000 service providers. This system ensures speed, improves efficiency, and enhances transparency and integration among all relevant stakeholders.

These initiatives are part of the integrated Hajj system, supported and empowered by the Kingdom's leadership. They align with the objectives of the Pilgrim Experience Program, one of the initiatives under Saudi Vision 2030. The efforts reflect the Kingdom's commitment to continually enhancing the pilgrim experience and improving the quality of services provided.
