Makkah: Hajj security forces arrested 12 residents and visitors for violating Hajj regulations by attempting to enter Makkah on foot without a valid Hajj permit.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Public Security urged all individuals to strictly adhere to Hajj instructions and guidelines. They reminded the public to report any violations by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions, or 999 across the rest of the Kingdom.
