Riyadh: His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has sent a congratulatory message to President Paul Biya of the Republic of Cameroon on the occasion of Cameroon's National Day.
