Imam and Khatib of the Prophet’s Mosque Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Sulaiman Al-Muhanna has visited the Muhammad Al-Fatih School in the Montenegrin capital, Podgorica.
Sheikh Rifat Fejzic, the president of the Islamic Community in Montenegro, and religious attaché at the Kingdom’s Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina Sheikh Amer bin Banwan Al-Anzi accompanied Al-Muhanna on his visit to the mosque, which was part of the imams of the Two Holy Mosques program visit, organized and supervised by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance.
Sheikh Al-Muhanna emphasized the importance of knowledge in the life of a Muslim, urging students to remain committed to pursuing knowledge, learning the Quran, and following the teachings of Prophet Mohammad, explaining that adhering to moderation is the ideal path to a balanced life.
He encouraged students to be role models of noble Islamic morals and to contribute to building a strong society rooted in love and harmony. He also commended the significant role of the school
in educating students and preparing them to be future leaders.
The Muhammad Al-Fatih School is one of the prominent educational institutions in Montenegro, enrolling 500 students-300 boys and 200 girls-who receive religious education alongside general studies.
