Jeddah: Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Sheikh Abdullatif Al Alsheikh received Grand Mufti of Montenegro Rifat Fejzic and his delegation in Jeddah today during their Hajj visit under the ministry-supervised Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Guests Program. The meeting highlighted the ongoing efforts to strengthen ties and support for Montenegrin Muslims.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions between the two sides focused on cooperation in supporting dawah and educational programs, addressing the needs of Montenegrin Muslims, and enhancing joint Islamic work. This meeting marks a significant step in fostering collaboration and understanding between Saudi Arabia and Montenegro in religious and educational domains.
Grand Mufti Fejzic expressed appreciation for Saudi Arabia's efforts to serve Islam and Muslims globally. He also commended the ministry's program for effectively hosting key global scholars, citing the continuous support of the Saudi leadership as instrumental in these initiatives.
