Islamic Affairs Ministry Announces Successful Movement of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests to Muzdalifah

Mecca: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has announced the successful movement of pilgrims hosted under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit to the holy site of Muzdalifah. The pilgrims, representing 104 countries from around the world, arrived safely following their standing at the holy site of Arafat, supported by an integrated network of services and organizational arrangements implemented under the directives of the Kingdom's leadership.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the guests departed Arafat at sunset on the 9th of Dhu Al-Hijjah, following a precise operational plan that utilized modern buses and advanced technologies. This coordinated effort ensured an orderly flow of movement, allowing pilgrims to transition between the holy sites smoothly and with peace of mind.

Upon their arrival in Muzdalifah, the guests performed the Maghrib and Isha prayers, combined and shortened, and began collecting pebbles in preparation for their departure to Mina to perform the stoning of Jamrat Al-Kubra. Throughout their stay, pilgrims benefited from comprehensive health, guidance, and catering services stationed at their designated accommodations and overnight lodging sites.

For their part, several program beneficiaries expressed their profound gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, praising the exceptional care and outstanding services that enabled them to perform their Hajj rituals in comfort and tranquility.
