Riyadh: The King Abdullah Financial District Management and Development Company (KAFD DMC) will convene here the second edition of the Annual Leadership Conference on November 20 and 21, bringing together international and local experts and industry leaders to engage in discussions focused on exploring the evolving demands reshaping leadership and what the future holds for leaders across sectors.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the conference, themed “Charting Future Leadership Frontiers,” will feature various innovative interactive sessions, workshops, and lessons tailored specifically for leaders. These offerings aim to provide strategic insights that enhance leadership flexibility and effectiveness.
Some 22 distinguished speakers will address key topics related to the future, including navigating geopolitical and economic shifts, leading through crisis, negotiation strategies, as well as the future of human connection.
KAFD Chief Marketing and Experience Officer Mazroua Al Mazroua underscored that the
KAFD recognizes the unprecedented challenges faced by today’s leaders amidst accelerating global transformations. He emphasized that with global digital transformation projected to reach a value of over $3.3 trillion by 2030, and with 85% of businesses worldwide expected to adopt new technology-driven strategies, the demands on leaders have never been greater.
“The KAFD Annual Leadership Conference is designed to provide a platform for visionary leaders to come together, share insights, and explore strategies that will shape the future. This conference builds on the success of the inaugural edition, which attracted over 600 attendees and featured 10 distinguished international speakers, including Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih and renowned global author and expert in alternative medicine Dr. Deepak Chopra.
