The Governor of Karbala, Nassif Jassim Al-Khattabi, discussed with the Governor of Mashhad, Yaqoub Ali Nazari, and the accompanying delegation the conditions of Iranian pilgrims during the Arbaeen pilgrimage.
A number of joint files were coordinated, the most important of which is providing services to pilgrims in general and Iranian pilgrims in particular.
