According to Saudi Press Agency, the accolades included a Gold award for KFSH's human capital transformation, a Bronze for its innovative recruitment and onboarding strategy, which facilitated the integration of 1,136 employees with a 96% satisfaction rate, and another Bronze for the Most Innovative Human Resources Initiative. This initiative featured a model that connects employee and leadership performance with team results and broader institutional performance. Majid Almegil, Chief People Officer at KFSH, highlighted the significance of human capital, stating that an organization's ability to execute its strategic priorities is contingent upon its talent, capabilities, and leadership.
