Riyadh: The Syrian Arab Republic condemned in the strongest terms the Houthi militia's targeting of civilian and economic assets in a number of Saudi cities, which resulted in the injury of a number of civilians, including women and children.

According to Saudi Press Agency, in a statement issued today, the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expressed Syria's full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its support for all measures it takes to protect its sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity, in line with international law and the UN Charter.

Syria reiterated its categorical rejection of any attacks targeting civilians and called for the immediate cessation of these acts that threaten the security and stability of the region.
