Jeddah: King Fahd Hospital in Jeddah has launched the "Care Link" system, an integrated digital platform designed to manage and coordinate patients' healthcare journeys. The platform connects multiple healthcare services and digital channels through a unified system, facilitating access to services and enhancing the quality of care.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the hospital said that "Care Link" is one of the digital solutions supporting Saudi Arabia's healthcare model. The platform enables patients to book in-person and virtual appointments, track scheduled appointments, view prescriptions, monitor their progress throughout the healthcare journey, coordinate care between inpatient and emergency services, and access services through a unified contact number and barcode system.
