The King Saud University has been accredited by the Saudi Accreditation Center to grant quality management certificates, becoming the first Saudi university authorized to award Quality Management Systems Certification ISO 9001:2015.

The university will conduct audits and subsequently grant this recognized certification, an achievement aligning with King Saud University’s strategy, which emphasizes quality processes and administrative development to foster an innovative work environment that elevates the university’s outputs across its educational, academic, and research levels.

The accreditation also enhances the university’s efforts to achieve global leadership and excellence in building a knowledge-based society. This significant accomplishment also boosts the university’s community support initiatives by providing services internally and externally, thereby contributing to its efforts to fulfill the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
