KSrelief Wraps up Volunteer Training for Trkiye Earthquake Victims

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) completed its third and fourth volunteer training programs in Hatay Province, Trkiye on Monday. The programs, which ran from September 29 to October 4, 2024, entailed training 20 volunteers in economic empowerment (sewing, embroidery, refrigeration/air conditioning repair), multimedia technology, graphic design, computer maintenance, and first aid (including training for visually impaired individuals). A total of 215 individuals benefited from the training, and 782 received psychological support at individual and group therapy sessions. The training aimed to improve the livelihoods and well-being of victims of earthquake in Syria and Trkiye. Source: Saudi Press Agency
