According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative connects Saudi job seekers directly with private-sector vacancies, supporting Saudization goals and aligning vocational readiness with commercial market demand.

Given Makkah's active retail activity and diverse consumer base of residents and pilgrims, the program focuses on customer service, sales skills, and cross-cultural communication to elevate retail service quality across the city.
